Beef Taco Salad

Who doesn't love easy dinner recipes for the family? This healthy dinner recipe will be your new favorite.

Ingredients

• 1 lb of ground beef, 80% lean
• 1 package of taco seasoning
• 1 head of iceberg lettuce, shredded
• 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
• 1 jalapeño, minced
• 1/2 red onion, diced
• 1 lime, juices
• 1/2 bunch of cilantro, minced
• 4 Tbsp sour cream

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef on high on the stovetop. Once browned, add taco seasoning. Combine and set aside.
2. Cut iceberg lettuce so it is thinly shredded.
3. In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Toss together.
4. Assemble your bowl by first adding shredded lettuce, then the ground beef, tomato mixture, and top with 1 Tbsp of sour cream.
