Spicy BBQ Chicken Flatbread

This Spicy BBQ Chicken Flatbread is the perfect, easy lunch or dinner for any day of the week! It’s smothered with barbecue sauce and loaded with chicken, cheese, onion, and jalapeños.

Ingredients

• 1 flatbread
• 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
• 1/4 cup barbecue sauce + 1 Tbsp
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
• 1/4 cup onions, thinly sliced
• 1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil a large baking sheet; set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Set aside.
3. Leaving a 1-inch border, spread 1 Tbsp barbecue sauce over flatbread. Scatter chicken mixture evenly over flatbread; sprinkle the onion, then the cheese, then the jalapeños.
4. Bake until crust is golden and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
5. Serve immediately!
