Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizzas

These Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizzas have got to be one of my favorite cookies, ever! They have a creamy, cream cheese frosting and are top with fresh fruit for extra deliciousness.

Ingredients

• 12 ounces of Ready to Bake Sugar Cookie Dough
• 2 Tbsp salted butter, softened
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• Fresh fruit for topping: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberry, mango

Instructions

1. Bake ready to bake sugar cookie dough according to package instructions.
2. Remove cookies from the oven and allow to rest several minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
3. While the cookies cool, make the cream cheese frosting by adding the butter and cream cheese to a small bowl. Whisk vigorously until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
4. Once the cookies have cooled completely, frost the cookies with the cream cheese frosting and top with fresh fruit.
