Buratta & Arugula Flatbread

Easy, delicious crispy flatbread topped with prosciutto, arugula and burrata, finished with a balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

• 1 flatbread
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 8 ounces buratta
• 6 ounces sliced prosciutto
• 1/2 cup arugula
• Balsamic glaze

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Brush the flatbread with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake in the oven for 7-9 minutes, until crust is cooked through and lightly golden brown.
3. Remove crust from the oven.
4. Break the burrata into pieces and add onto the flatbread.
5. Top with the sliced prosciutto, arugula, and a heavy drizzle of the balsamic glaze.
