Pesto Mozzarella Chicken Sliders

These easy, cheesy four ingredient pesto mozzarella chicken sliders are the ultimate slider recipe for all your beach days, holidays, and BBQs this summer!

Ingredients

• 12 King's Hawaiian original sweet rolls - cut in half crosswise
• 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken - (rotisserie chicken works great!)
• 6 ounces pesto
• 15 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking sheet.
2. Lay the bottom halves of the slider buns on the pan.
3. Spread about 2 Tbsp of pesto on the bottom of the sliders buns then layer evenly with shredded chicken, more pesto, mozzarella slices, and finish with top halves of the buns. Brush the tops of the slide buns with more pesto if desired.
4. Bake for 10 minutes uncovered, then cover with foil and continue to bake 10-15 more minutes until cheesy is melted. Serve warm.
