Three Cheese Flatbread

This quick and delicious flatbread recipe is the perfect appetizer that is sweet, salty, and cheesy!

Ingredients

• 1 flatbread
• 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
• 8 ounce mozzarella ball, sliced
• 4 ounces goat cheese
• 1 cup arugula
• 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
• Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven 425 degrees F.
2. Spread 1 Tbsp olive oil over flatbread. Arrange mozzarella and goat cheese over the flatbread. Bake for 15 minutes.
3. In the meantime, add arugula and 1 tbsp olive oil to a small bowl and toss to combine. Set aside.
4. Remove flatbread from the oven. Top with the arugula and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the arugula. Cut pizza into 6 pieces.
