Carrot Cheese Ball

In the need of a fun Easter appetizer for your party? Make this Easter carrot cheese ball! It's sure to be the cutest and tastiest snack!

Ingredients

• 2 8 ounce blocks of cream cheese, softened
• 1 Tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
• 1 Tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
• 2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature.
2. In the large bowl, add the softened cream cheese, green onions, and EBTB seasoning. Mix well to combine.
3. Transfer cheese mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a rounded triangle. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4. Right before serving, place on a serving plate and press finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese onto the cheese ball. Use fresh parsley, cilantro, or dill to make a carrot top.
5. Serve with crackers and veggies!
